Dancehall.Mobi special update – the popular international magazine XLR8R had a special feature everyday last month, where they detailed “Labels We Love” (i.e. record labels that they love). Jamaica’s very own Truckback Records was one of those record labels.

In keeping with Jamaica’s tradition of ingenuity and making “something outta nothing,” the inspiration for Kingston-based dancehall label Truckback is hardly surprising.
