Magnum Tonic WineDancehall.Mobi special update – launched at the legendary Cactus night club in 1999, Magnum Tonic Wine celebrates 10 years in business this year, and their celebratory tag line is ‘10 Long 10 Strong’.

Magnum is undoubtedly a staple on Jamaica’s dancehall and entertainment scene, and they will be launching a series of ‘10 Long 10 Strong’ free concerts across the island, namely in St. Ann, St. Elizabeth, Clarendon, St. James and Portland. The concerts will feature some of the premier dancehall / reggae artistes, some of whom have been mainstays in Jamaica’s industry for ten years and more, including Lady Saw, Mr. Vegas, Spice, Konshens, Chino, KipRich and others.

Another feature of Magnum’s 10th Anniversary will be the launch of the ‘10 Long 10 Strong riddim’. Over the years a number of brands have released riddims, but according to a Magnum spokesman, Magnum will further set itself apart by, “properly packaging and distributing the 10-track album which will feature some of the hottest artistes in the industry over the last 10 years. What will emerge from this musical melting-pot upon completion will be nothing short of show-stopping.” It has been confirmed that Spice and Bugle are among the short-list of artistes with tunes on the forthcoming riddim.
