The annual youth Parliament held yesterday at Gordon House in Downtown Kingston, weighed in on the ongoing Gully vs. Gaza and dancehall music debate, by suggesting that parents needed to fill the vacuum being filled by contemporary Jamaican artistes, some of whose music is negative.
