Dancehall.Mobi news update – a debating competition, the Bob Marley Secondary Schools’ Debate Competition, has been named in honour of the late legendary musician, and will see teams from more than 40 secondary schools across Jamaica debating moots based on the theme: “Bob Marley, His Work and Legacy“. Eliminations for Manchester, St Elizabeth and Clarendon begin today at 9 a.m. at the Cecil Charlton Hall in Mandeville, and will be held elsewhere across the island over the next month. The finals will take place during the Bob Marley birthday celebrations in February 2010.
