Buju Banton Found Guilty
After battling drug conspiracy charges in the U.S. for well over a year, international dancehall/reggae star Buju Banton lost that battle today, as a 12-member panel of jurors found him guilty of the following charges: (1) conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five or more kilogrammes of cocaine; (2) attempted possession with the intent to distribute cocaine; (3) using the wires to facilitate a drug-trafficking offence. He was found not guilty of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking offence

Not good at all. I don’t think that guilty on three counts was fair in the least bit. Not kosher at all.

He WAS Caught redhanded on tape negotiating and testing tha wares (and it was not a small amount either) so its hard to claim he was “innocent” or that it was a conspiracy!
